DESCRIPTION:Free guided community bike ride for adults looking to build confidence and enjoy cycling in a friendly\, supportive group.\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for a free\, relaxed guided bike ride and discover how enjoyable everyday cycling can be. \nOur Ride sessions are designed for adults who are new to cycling\, returning after a break\, or looking to build confidence riding on local roads and paths. We’ll ride at a comfortable pace in a small\, friendly group\, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance along the way. \nAn experienced ride leader will help you develop your confidence\, improve your riding skills and discover local routes that you can enjoy again and again. \nThis event is funded by Cycling UK’s Big Bike Revival programme and delivered by Severn Ride & Stride / SevernNet. \n \n\nWho is it for? \n\nAdults (16+) who can already ride a bike\nNew or returning cyclists\nAnyone wanting to gain confidence riding locally\n\nWhat to bring \n\nA roadworthy bike\nA helmet (recommended)\nSuitable clothing for the weather\nA drink\n\nBooking\nAdvance booking is preferred to help us plan the ride\, but if places are still available\, drop-ins are welcome. \nPlease note that participants should already be able to ride a bicycle independently.
