Changes Bristol Wellbeing Support Group
An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
A free, confidential, non-judgemental group. It provides a space to connect and support each other. No referral is required – just show up at the start of the meeting. You can come to as many or as few sessions as you wish. Everyone is welcome, come as you are.
What to expect
Our groups are safe and inclusive spaces. When you arrive you will be warmly welcomed and you can have a cup of tea or coffee if you would like to. During each session you will have the opportunity to share anything that is on your mind, if you wish to do so, and we will listen and support each other. There is no pressure to share if you feel nervous or find you need time to relax into being part of a group to begin with.
Members who have attended our wellbeing groups have said it has helped them to feel empowered, build resilience, connection and work towards their goals.
